Developing in the UK

While DrivenBus has made its mark in Dubai, our model was forged through five years of orchestrating complex transport services across the UK, spanning demand-responsive transport (DRT), SEND transport and commuter services.

In the UK market, these services traditionally operate in silos, leading to idle vehicles, rigid driver roles, and poor cost efficiency. We challenged this by developing a ‘total transport’ mindset that prioritizes the cross-utilization of assets. By stacking multiple service types and revenue streams onto a single high-quality fleet, we successfully smoothed out operational peaks and troughs. This proven UK blueprint has now been successfully transplanted to Dubai, demonstrating that our model for efficiency and asset utilization is truly scalable and globally relevant.

One Fleet, Multiple Missions 

DrivenBus operates a stacked operational model that intelligently cross-utilises vehicles throughout the day instead of dedicating them to a single use case. Our fleet stays active during peak times, from teacher and staff runs in the morning to peak commuter services for workers in the evenings, as well as off-peak fully on-demand travel for first (and last) mile connections. This approach allows us to deliver availability exactly where passengers need it most without the inefficiency of idle vehicles. By using the same high-spec vehicles and trained drivers for different purposes under a single operational control layer, we provide more than just flexible transport - we deliver true operational orchestration.

In 2025, DrivenBus delivered over 150,000 journeys in Dubai. These weren’t pilot trips or demos - they were real, revenue-generating services supporting workers, teachers and commuters across the city.

In 2026, we are scaling decisively. Our target is 1 million journeys, driven by fleet expansion, deeper integration with workplaces and transport hubs, continued optimisation of our stacked service model and expansion of first- and last-mile on-demand coverage.

Because the underlying model is asset-efficient, every additional journey improves utilisation and strengthens unit economics.
